Luxury performance gym in Mayfair. Sleek high end look, gritty training feel combined with small luxury touches such as the changing rooms. Minimalist, the stone staircase creates a great feature. All weight training activities work well, from power lifting to olympic weightlifting, to bodybuilding. We have full rigs for everything, we also have a turf sprint track with a sled, as well as battle ropes, and a full set of kettlebells. The floor is black gym rubber floor. The gym was designed for performance so any element of sleek performance training will work very well - from sprinting to weight lifting. We hire a professional cleaning company who come multiple times per week to clean the space fully. We also have hand sanitiser available.
