Charming cabin with beautiful lake views

Spacious cabin with fieldstone fireplace, pine-covered sun porch, wood burning stove and a vintage feel. Main floor is an open space which flows from the living room into the sun porch. Farmhouse kitchen with vintage wallpaper. Close to the lake with beautiful views. This is a smaller lake which has frequent ducks, pelicans, swans and other wild life. As there is only one home across the lake, the tree-lined views are peaceful and beautiful, especially with the fall colors. Outdoor space includes two patios, a dock and a small sand beach. House has close neighbors and so will not accommodate large gatherings but works well for photo shoots, videos, retreats, and small gatherings (up to 12 people). Waverly is a classic small town with a beautiful historic church, a gas station, bar, restaurant and not much else.
