A Tulum-inspired natural light studio in DTLA, ideal for photo shoots, video productions, content creation, branding sessions, lookbooks, and small to mid-size crews. Designed for efficient shoot days, the layout allows you to move easily between multiple setups in one booking. The space features high ceilings and several ready-to-shoot areas, including a styled lounge, bedroom set, tropical cabana, and "The Oasis" our built-in stage, set against limewash walls and signature arches and doors. A white seamless backdrop is included, with additional colors available as add-ons. Large south- and west-facing windows fill the studio with consistent natural light throughout the day and strong golden hour. The space is designed primarily for natural light shooting. For production flow, a dedicated hair and makeup station with steamer and clothing rack is available. LED panels, V-flats, reflectors, sandbags, extension cords, and power access are also available. A refreshment station with water, tea, and coffee is provided for your crew. ACCESS & LOAD-IN The building is equipped with man operated passenger and freight elevators and has limited operational hours.
