A State- Of-The Art Wellness Studio, We are now excited to work with wellness professionals and brands interested in renting a state-of-the-art treatment space that is zen, calm, and cozy. The space is perfect for: - Psychologists - Ketamine Treatment Facility - Massage Therapists - Acupuncturists - Hypnotherapists - Private soundbaths - Reiki/energy Practitioners - Wellness brands This space can also be used as a private office. We welcome both seasoned and new professionals and practitioners. The building is located in the heart of Tarzana, right on the corner of Ventura Blvd. and Amigo Ave. The space is a corner unit on the second floor accessible via stairs only. The Village Walk Shopping Center, Ubatuba Acai, and other shops and restaurants are all within a 2-5 minute walk, making the location even more attractive to clients and practitioners. In addition, Tarzana is an affluent residential area with several office buildings creating great business potential. SPACE The studio includes a reception area, Therapy space, and walk-in closet. The reception area is inviting and is 12.7’x7'. Soothing ocean waves wash over you as you enter the space. There are two chairs, a hot/cold water dispenser, tea and coffee station, a cabinet filled with disposable plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. The therapy space is 13.4’x12.4’ and includes two Vibratory BioTune tables that operate independently or together for partner sessions, an easy-to-use sound system, a desk and chair, and full spectrum RGB LED lights with options to change to different colors. The walk-in closet includes a refrigerator, office supplies, a printer, disposable covers for the BioTune massage tables and private lockers for your belongings.
