A short 10 minute drive from downtown Livermore, this vineyard estate will have you feeling like you are a world away---with breathtaking views overlooking rolling hills, vineyards and spacious sky. The main facility which can hold up to 60 people comfortably, is a 1500 square foot tasting room facility which features a granite counters, tasting room bar, stove, oven, half bathroom, and plenty of space to set up your private event. Event has use of own fridge/freezer in the space. Additional areas that can be utilized include patio deck of pool/spa area (no swimming, please), tables set among the vines for a meal, or large paved driveway lined with trees. Owner has experience with event planning and can help with all aspects of your event to insure every detail is taken care of. Come breathe, relax and enjoy country living.

Area is cleaned with disenfecting spray, including counters, chairs, bathroom, appliances, door handles and light switches. Area has lots of out door air cirulating including high vaulted cielings, roll up door, and doors with screens.
