Peaceful nature setting with indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing or entertaining. 1st Floor- 3 Bedrooms / Bathroom Bedroom #1 ---> 1 King Bed Bedrooms #2 ---> 1 Queen Bed Bedroom #3 ---> 2 Bunks (containing 4 Twin Beds) 2nd Floor - Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Area / Deck / Bedroom / Half Bathroom Bedroom #4 ---> 1 Queen Bed 3rd Floor - Loft / Sitting Area with Pull-out Bed / Bathroom Pull-Out Couch ---> 1 Full Bed (setup upon request only) Please note the loft will let in natural light as the loft looks down at the family room and A-Frame glass window. There are no curtains in the loft. PARKING: The A-Frame is located on an access road. As a result we have limited parking in the driveway. ONLY 2 tandem parking stalls are available for guest use. Guests are not allowed to park on the access road or neighborhood streets. Additional parking can be arranged during the special event permitting process and additional cost might apply. Let your host know your parking needs for your event. SNOW CONDITIONS: The access road is steep in some sections. 4WD will be required to access the house when snow/ice is present. It is the guests responsibility to ensure they have the proper vehicle and equipment to access the house during winter conditions. Reimbursement will not be given for guests inability to access the property.
