This custom-built tiny home is located just outside of Historic New Richmond, Ohio. Sitting right at the edge of the beautiful Ohio river, this space offers plenty of privacy and quiet. Step away from the hustle and bustle of the city to soak in an intimate and cozy experience for your next remote work, meeting, or photo shoot location. Inside: This tiny home has a fully stocked kitchen, including a Keurig coffee machine and K-cups, to be used for any cooking needs. There is also a full bathroom, loft bedroom, work space (with a window view overlooking the river), and a convertible dining/lounge space that can seat up to four. Outside: Soak in the sights and sounds of nature on our spacious patio, featuring a comfortable seating area, 8-person hot tub, and grill - all available for your use. Looking to get up-close and personal with the river? We offer 4 kayaks (and ample life jacket options) for any of our guests to utilize during their visit. Take a walk on the riverfront (accessible from our property) or adventure through the trees on our 10-acre property.
