Magical Victorian House (with lush backyard)

Our home was built in 1895 and lovingly restored in 2004. It's a beautiful, naturally lit space with high ceilings, eclectic furniture and unique art objects. The house features a spacious open kitchen with stained glass windows, a large dining room table that can seat 8-10 people, and a huge, very private magical garden in back. It has central air and heat. The electricity and plumbing were both modernized in the remodel. Great for photo shoots, small film shoots or meetings. Our house was recently featured in the film "C’Mon C’Mon", directed by Mike Mills. Our house faces southwest so there is beautiful light most of the day. We have 6 foot high Victorian windows, a bay window in the living room with a vintage yellow loveseat. There is an ornate and vintage double mirror in the dining room, tropical plants, stained glass chandeliers, ornate wood trim throughout the house, vintage wood dining room table with a harp-shaped base and harp-shaped chairs. There are two bathrooms downstairs and a small bedroom that can work as a room for wardrobe, hair and makeup or for a filming a small scene or to photograph. Outdoor areas include - a cafe table with two chairs just outside the kitchen, an outside wooden deck with a wooden table that can be used for outside meals or meetings surrounded by passionfruit, a massive poinsettia that wraps around a custom arbor which leads to a rosemary lined pathway to a spacious backyard. In the back garden we have 3 raised-garden beds, a fire pit and lounge area and a swing that sits under a 100 year old olive tree. The back garden features a large periwinkle bush, mallow trees, drought-resistant flowering bushes, several giant rosemary bushes, ever present hummingbirds, bees and butterflies and a variety of cacti and succulents along one side of the yard. This is a truly unique home that has been lovingly decorated with an artist's eye.
