This is an awesome space for photographers, videographers, content creators and small corporate events. Newly renovated over-sized (3000 sf+) condo/loft (first floor) with attractive, modern furnishings and rich ebony hardwood floors. Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Embrace the beauty of working or hosting an event in an ultra elegant space without walls, the illusion of endless space, soaring ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. We have paper backdrops, and can also provide sound, lighting and equipment rentals for your special event. In addition, we have a team of professional and experienced event planners, photographers, videographers, stylists, hair/makeup artists, and chefs available for bookings as needed for your project! Located in the thriving art and mill district of Central Falls/downtown Pawtucket, this spacious and light-filled studio is a portrait photographer’s dream. For corporate executives, plan your next corporate event and wow your guests with sophistication and style. Or as a producer, create all sorts of scenes in our versatile bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, sexy rooftop patio overlooking the city, or in one of our many chic, modern living areas for your video project. There is a separate studio room with multiple desks, microphones and a soundboard for all of your podcast needs! Meet with your clients to plan your shoot or event in a separate work area with additional desk space and lockers. The space could easily accommodate a workshop or event of 25-50 people. All equipment used and surfaces touched are wiped down using disinfectant wipes after every booking. TWO HOUR BOOKINGS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Mon-Thurs Hours of Operation: 6;00am-11:00pm Weekday, 1-9 people; $125/hr Weekday, 10-24 people: $175/hr Weekday, 25-50 people: $275/hr Minimum 3 hours Fri-Sun (and major holidays including Monday holidays) Hours of Operation: 6:00am-1:00am Weekend, 1-9 people: $150/hr Weekend, 10-24 people: $200/hr Weekend, 25-50 people: $300/hr Minimum 3 hours No bookings may begin before 6AM. Bookings are subject to strict vetting and approval- large groups or requests sent without clear description of activities must provide a portfolio/social media presence with examples of professional work. Additional Features: -Ample natural light from huge south-facing windows -Wide wooden staircase -Spa bathtub and expansive walk-in shower (operational) -2 modern king-sized beds (BYO linens) -White textured stone walls, and white painted walls -Many pieces of modern furniture and area rugs -Backdrops (seamless paper, canvas, metals) -Vintage stereo system with Bluetooth pairing -Client seating area/lockers -Makeup station -Fully-stocked kitchen with stainless refrigerator, sink, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and pots/pans -Basic cleaning and comfort amenities (paper towels, toilet paper etc.) supplied The studio is on the first floor, and there is elevator access to the rooftop patio. Medidas de salud y seguridad

We want to provide a clean, safe environment for our guests. The loft is thoroughly cleaned between uses, and by a professional cleaning company on a weekly basis. In addition, we make hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting cleansers, and cleaning equipment available to our guests for their added convenience. Any items left by a previous guest will be discarded. All house trash cans will be lined with a bag to allow for the safe removal of waste. A dumpster is located in the main parking lot for guest use. If there are any maintenance needs, we encourage our guests to contact our property management company at 401-439-0508 (Moises).
