Autumn Weekends at the Isolated Lake Retreat

Our property consist of 2 separate buildings. A main structure remodeled with an eye towards a classic Minnesota lakeside cottage which features such touches T&G Birch wall finishes, woodburning stove, stone gas fireplace, heated slate tile floors, two porches and an outdoor shower open to the surrounding forest, two bedrooms upstairs, classic bunkroom, a complete kitchen and 3/4 bath. The second structure is a modern loft stye space with vaulted ceilings, stone gas fireplace, lots of natural light through a combination of windows and skylights. This loft space also features a balcony and an elevated deck facing the forest, complete kitchen, 3/4 bath and laundry. Both spaces are used all year long. We also have a campsite with a 30 amp power source. The garage/loft space has an exterior 50 amp power source with multiple 120 power source plugs. The property has 600 feet of natural shoreline and 40 acres of private forest all set on a dead end road with no neighbors within sight. This property is on 8th Crow Wing Lake which is part of the 11 Lake Crow Wing Chain of Lakes. Nearest airports are Bemidji (BJI) 40 minutes driving, fullservice airport with Delta Air Lines jet service twice per day or Park Rapids Municipal Airport which 30 minutes.
