You will be in the center of all the action with the Cascades Casino, Penticton Event Centre, Community Theater, Recreation Centre, Hockey Arena and Okanagan Hockey School just across the road. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants at Okanagan Lake and downtown Penticton. You can enjoy staying in the city and within 30 mins you can be skiing in the mountains at Apex Mountain!

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and put the dishwasher on before leaving. Take out all garbage and place it in the appropriate garbage and recycle bins located it in the parking area. Put things back as you found it. Ensure that all lights and air conditioners are turned off. Lock all doors and windows. Inform host when you have checked out and of anything damaged or not working.
