With 1,300 square feet of open-concept space, exposed brick, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and large corner windows, our venue offers an inspiring and professional setting for productivity and connection. The ideal space for seamless meetings and events, with flexible layouts that include multiple seating areas for brainstorming, group discussions, and presentations. The space is tech-ready with high-speed WiFi, a projector with HDMI connectivity, and a wireless speaker for smooth presentations. A full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, and sink, perfect for catering and coffee breaks. Easy access with double-door entry and a freight elevator allows for seamless load-in of materials or equipment. We take great care to ensure that the studio is clean, sanitized, and ready for every guest. Our space is professionally cleaned between bookings, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen areas, and restrooms. We ask that guests respect the space and leave it in the same condition they found it. If any spills or messes occur during your booking, please clean them up promptly to help us maintain the studio’s high standards for all visitors. If you have any concerns or notice anything out of place upon arrival, feel free to reach out.

Política de cancelación
