The space has modern design complete with rooftop deck overlooking ocean, spa, out door shower, podcast recording studio, paper photo cycs with green screen, dressing room, 5 bathrooms, modern kitchen, step and repeat, and more... We are filmmakers and made this space into a great working and shooting environment.

In order to insure the cleanliness of our space for our guests we require cleaning deposit after each use. The space is disinfected after each use.
