Pets are allowed with prior permission. Alcohol is allowed. Wicker Park Studio South is an 850 sq. ft. studio in Wicker Park. It’s designed to be both functional and beautiful, with plenty of direct natural light from huge south-facing windows, white floors, and white walls, a lounge area with a pink vintage couch, and lots of designer chairs. We provide essential equipment like C stands, apple boxes, sandbags, Bluetooth speakers, and fast WiFi. You can also add extras like hand-painted canvas and seamless savage rolls. Our studio is on the 3rd floor of the Flatiron Arts building, with a passenger elevator for easy access. Bookings have a 1-hour minimum, but we also offer a discounted rate for full-day rentals (20% off for bookings over 8 hours).
