Bright Psychedelic Artist Loft in Potrero Hill

This 1400 square foot corner loft is a bright space with 20ft floor to ceiling windows on two walls. East and South facing, lighting is ideal for photo and video shoots as well as events of all kinds. Occupied by two artists and designers, the apartment has various spaces within offering a variety of vintage inspired sets. The upstairs living area overlooks the main room which consists of two additional seating areas and a funky music studio with daybed. The studio is separated by a velvet curtain that can be open or closed. For private events, the Loft can comfortably hold 60-70 guests with a bathroom on each floor. The massive walls are covered with immersive art installations and psychedelic inspired paintings and sculptures. For an additional fee media can be projected onto the walls. The railing contains sound reactive LEDs that track from the bottom on the stairs to the top of the Loft. Additionally, there is a 500 square foot balcony over looking Bay View with visibility of the Bay to the East, Bernal Heights to the West, and beautiful mountains to the South. Combined with dozens of plants, the loft feels like an overgrown gallery from the 70s.
