This unusual, spacious underground industrial unit is located in a historic commercial building boasting many original features. The unit consists of several large cellar rooms in a building from ca. 1908. The unit is partly unrenovated and very steampunk. High ceilings, about 4.20m (14 feet), exposed beams, striking riveted metal pillars and doors, some raw red brick and distressed tile walls, two ancient lifts (fully working and large), a vintage Tannoy speaker system – perfect for filming, photography, video production, and fashion shoots. The space is a blackout stage, fully blacked out, no daylight. There's a small retro office and waiting area. The unit even has its own curved tunnel with massive metal doors. All in a quiet basement location. We also offer smaller units that are perfect for prop storage. There are 2 toilets on site. There's a handy loading area and one allocated parking space in the large yard. We can sort out more parking nearby and there's free parking in the surrounding roads. Only a few minutes walk away you'll find many restaurants, shops and large supermarkets. A member of our team will be on hand to support you with whatever you need on the day. The Unit is also well served with direct train links from nearby Watford Junction station to central London. There's free parking in the surrounding roads. ACCESS BY RAIL: The warehouse is a short bus ride or 20 minutes walk away from Watford Junction. Fast trains travel direct from London Euston and take less than 20 minutes. Watford North railway station (Abbey Line) is about 5 minutes walk away.
