Thank you for your understanding and apologies that Peerspace can make this confusing. ======= This 2,000 square foot event hall is located right on Market Street in the heart of the Castro and historic "Finn Town" neighborhood, and features hardwood floors, lush indoor greenery, and tasteful decor accents while providing an open concept for a variety of uses, including seated dinners, presentations, classes, photo/video productions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, birthdays, wedding receptions, and more. CAPACITIES: Standing: 125 Seated: 60 The space is located within a LGBTQ+ social club, and has additional areas available including a gorgeous outdoor garden terrace. The surrounding neighborhood is safe, exceptionally walkable, and very easily accessible by public transit. Street parking is easily available for those who need to drive. There are plenty of cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants, and we are within a short walk of iconic San Francisco parks including Dolores and Duboce. ***last-minute bookings (within 2 weeks) may incur a 15% surcharge due to added administrative cost with staffing, etc. ***Be sure to read all FAQ before submitting booking requests, including rules about alcohol. _________ **PLEASE NOTE** —Peerspace booking cost does NOT include any bartender / beverage services (see details below or inquire w/ host for bar package options) FOOD & BEVERAGE ❧ BEVERAGES: Guests are *not* permitted to provide their own alcohol or bar staff. Inquire with host for bar package availability and pricing EXCESS GARBAGE Standard cleaning is included in the booking, but host reserves the right to charge extra for removal of excess garbage / waste / items left behind. Please discuss with host prior to end of booking. NO SMOKING No smoking on the premises (including backyard); smokers must be in front of venue at the curb OVERTIME Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate plus applicable beverage costs (no partial hours allowed) MINORS Any guests under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times ON-SITE STAFF Staff (number depends on guest count) will be on location for the entirety of the event, ensuring the success of the event and also for maintaining the rules and regulations of the venue. LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT All load-ins and load-outs must take place within the designated timeframe we agree to. If there is an event prior to yours a timed delivery will be required. Guest is responsible for checking in and/or handling any items brought into the venue. All rental times must include any needed set up and tear down - please arrange w/ host. CLEANING Standard cleaning is included within the booking. DAMAGES The guest is responsible for any damage to the artwork/furniture/premises should it occur
