Living Room 2: Beautiful Crate and Barrel sectional couch with a 65" Samsung Smart TV. Dining 1: Beautiful, large Crate and Barrel dining table, seats up to 10. Dining 2: Cute breakfast style nook, seats 4. Bar stools seat 3. Chef's Kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs, including a wide array of spices as well as teas and a Keurig Coffee machine. Includes a 5 burner gas stovetop as well as convection oven. Backyard: Fenced backyard that includes a small patio with a gas BBQ and a stone patio on ground level. Some soccer/hockey equipment available for kids. Please note access to the basement is restricted. Parking: Space for two cars, street permit parking can be purchased as well (I can help you with this process).
