1100 sq ft home with a fully remodeled garage/office of additional 400+ sq ft. Massive green backyard with tons of plants, deck, firepit and hot tub. I’m an actor/director and use the space for filming frequently. With the right set ups can be made to look like an apartment or home. Garage has completely different vibe and feels like a separate location as well.
