HISTORY OF THE SPACE - Our building was an elementary school that sat vacant for over 20 years! Packed with character, our studio space will give you a piece of history with our brick walls, concrete floors & giant chalkboard. DETAILS - Located right off the highway, we are surrounded by open land & you are within 10 minutes of shopping, gas & the hospital. THE STUDIO - There is free onsite parking in the lot in front of the building. You will find our studio second door from the left, suite #103. During your booking you have access to our 800 Sq Ft studio & the rest of the building where you will find the public restrooms! Please be mindful of other people in the building & do your best to keep the noise level low! We have various props, chairs, stools, fabrics, etc for you to use during your booking! Feel free to move things around & get creative, everything in the studio is yours to create with! Please notify us if there are any issues with props or damage occurs! The studio is FAMILY FRIENDLY! Inside the studio you will find a Montessori based kids corner where kids are encouraged to learn, build & create during your booking! Help yourself & your kiddos to any food or drink in the mini fridge at the wet bar. Messes & spills will happen, we just ask that you clean up the best you can! You can find extra supplies stocked at the wet bar. SELF-SERVE ESPRESSO BAR & MINI FRIDGE - Feel free to enjoy our espresso bar, offering a variety of local coffee, syrups & creamers! The local coffees in-house rotate through the year! Always help yourself to food or drinks in the mini fridge during your booking! When leaving the studio please make sure all lights are turned OFF & the doors are LOCKED.
