Bar: Bartender included If you want FQ to supply the bar, we have multiple options. This includes drink menu and volume customization Outdoor Patio: 300 sq ft of covered seating and mingling area, perfect for chilling out Smoking is permitted on the patio, for those who partake. Location and Parking: FQ is centrally located between 3 skytrain stations, the Seabus terminal and there is a bus stop out front Street parking abounds on Hamiltion St and there are multiple parkades close by Insurance: You will need to procure event insurance with CGL of $2 million coverage . FQ can recommend where to procure this policy Use of Space: leave the place like you found it Before your booking time ends, you are expected to tidy up the space to the level it was when you arrived (empties collected, garbage in bins, no items left behind, spills cleaned up). Please mind your event's end time. We will do a thorough sweep, mop the floors, sanitise the countertops and bathroom, clean the toilets, do the laundry, but please clean up standing liquid spills House Rules: Off peak hour events (Meetings, Productions) have a 1 hour minimum booking Peak time events and all events with alcohol have a 4 hour minimum booking No animals are permitted, nor are drunks or confetti Capacity: Space is limited to a maximum of 60 people for events. , and will shut down the door if necessary All events offering alcohol are required to have a FQ bartender Food: Outside catering is encouraged! Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
