Grand Southern 1908 Mansion

The space embodies grand southern elegance. There is plenty of space for bridal/baby showers, rehearsal dinners or corporate meetings. PAVILION TENT: Our 40x60 pavilion tent is hidden in the woods and has a "secret-garden" vibe. This is not your standard party tent -- it is spacious and elegantly decorated in gold and white tone. It seats up to 200 guests. CARRIAGE HOUSE: This covered reception space holds up to 120 guests and overlooks our garden space. It has a patio area, built-in bar, spacious prep kitchen, 10-speaker sound system, and indoor restrooms (accessible). HOUSE: In the house, there are large rooms throughout -- 17x15 formal living room; 15x15 parlor with 12-foot pocket doors so the rooms can be closed-off for break-out, if needed. Formal dining room is 19x16 and additional gathering space is 22x15. It also boasts an expansive wrap-around porch and oversized back deck for outdoor events. Finally, our property has 5 luxurious bedrooms (with ensuite bath) and a studio loft for overnight stays. Between the 2 spaces, we can accommodate up to 14 guests.
