In the historic oldest city in the nation! This beautiful beachy condo is steps from the ocean and across from the famous St. Augustine Bech Pier. Many restaurants and a short drive to downtown historical St. Augustine. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and balcony. The dining table seats 6 to 7 comfortably. Wifi Access and smart TV. Sidewalks make it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, beaches, and splash park. There is a bus that picks up at the hotel next door for attractions and downtown. There is 1 reserved parking space, 1 visitor, and multiple spaces in from the clubhouse. Great for filming, studying, workgroups, and more.
