Natural & Bright Industrial Hard Loft

Our west-facing studio loft, in the heart of downtown Toronto, is perfectly lit with natural light from sunrise to sunset. Over 1000 sqft accompanied with 15 ft ceilings and exposed concrete floors. Whether you're a content creator, business owner, or photographer, this space is the perfect canvas. Included in the space is a full-size operating kitchen with an oven, stove, full-sized fridge, and kitchen island. The space is suitable for photoshoots, small video productions. If you’re looking for other uses please reach out and I’ll see if we think our space could work. No parties. This loft is our personal space. As full time photographers we’ve designed this space to have plenty of shootable moments and corners for both lifestyle and product shoots. There is a closed off room where one of us will likely be quietly working during your time. It is off limits and is not to be entered. We also own two other studio spaces available to book on here. If this space doesn’t suit all your needs let us know and we can send over our other spaces. Furniture + decor pieces may change due to damage, repair and/or cleaning. If you’re looking for something specific please double just incase.
 1 HOUR ONLY + SITE VISITS During the weekdays we can sometimes accommodate 1 hour bookings and site visits. If you would like either of these please send a message directly and we’ll see what we can do. BACKDROPS & PROPS We have various backdrops and a library of extra props that are perfect for product and lifestyle photoshoots (inquire for specifics). Backdrop use is $25 per booking. It allows access to all backdrops and ONE to be used as seamless (rolled onto the ground). NOISE While the studio is full concrete we ask that you are still mindful of extremely loud noises so as to not inconvenience the other spaces around us. Projects that will produce noise (audio recording projects, music videos, larger teams) should be kept more between regular business hours. If you have a larger project or will generate noise and you want to start shooting in the evening (after 6pm) please send us a message first to see if we can accommodate. 
 For outside noise, we are close to a major intersection and sometimes can hear sirens or other car noises. It is very faint but could be an issue if you require complete and total silence. We’ve had many podcasts and films created in the space and they haven’t had any issues. OVERTIME Overtime is billed at 1.5X your rate in 30 minute increments. Please book accordingly to factor both setup and tear down into your time slot. All furniture and items in the studio will need to be returned to their original placements before you leave. Please aim to arrive for the start of your shoot, not early. ADDITIONAL NOTES High-speed internet is available. Speaker for background music. One washroom. Small coffee/tea station available. No filming in hallways/elevators/outside of unit or any of the common areas. Pet friendly unit (please discuss/contact prior). Absolutely no glitter or confetti in the studio. No smoking of any kind in the studio. Indoor shoes required on rainy, snowy/wet days. 3 C-stands provided. No lighting. We are not able to accommodate or host creator meetups. PARKING We do not have parking available however there is a paid underground parking lot directly attached to the building (you will still need to go outside and exit the parking lot to enter the building), paid parking across the street, and street parking all around.
