Our private, spacious, multifunctional event hall is the perfect canvas for your next event or party. We offer a unique and versatile space that can be tailored to suit your needs. No matter what you're planning, we've got you covered. Our facilities can accommodate a range of guest sizes, and events. We can also help you capture the memories of your night with a photo station or event photographer. All chairs, tables, and bounce houses must be rented through our approved vendor. Please note that these are all sample images to show you the possibilities of the space. Many of these items are available through a furniture rental company that we work with. We're always happy to give you a tour of the space prior to booking. The space is 1800 sq. ft with 11ft ceilings, and polished concrete floors. Suitable for up to 100 guests. We're conveniently located off of the 405 near John Wayne Airport. A member of our staff will always be available to answer questions. Your hourly rate includes: Coat rack Extension cords Blackout blinds 200+ Free parking spots Clean gender-neutral restroom Cleaning supplies Large refrigerator Air conditioning and heating Please note that setup and breakdown must take place within your reserved rental time. In our experience, most events require approximately 2–6 hours of setup and 1–2 hours of breakdown, depending on décor and vendor needs. We rent our venue in three fixed time blocks, which typically provide the best value for clients: Morning half day: 9 am to 4 pm Evening half day: 5 pm to 12 am Full day: 9 am to 12 am The good news is that we have special rates for those time slots.
