Music Rehearsal Space and Recording Studio

Located in Union Square, this versatile music rehearsal space has a tight-sounding drum room, guitars and amps that are available for use, and a fully functional recording studio available as an add-on option. Recording and Mixing services are also available. This studio gives big results in a mid-size space. The recording platforms available include Cubase, Reaper, & Reason. ● Rehearsal space rate $25 per hour (2-hour minimum bring your own drum kit) ● Recording studio rate $60 per hour (includes Rehearsal space access and Recording Engineer) Nate Daley(engineer, producer) Nate has been recording music as a singer and guitarist since 1995 and engineering in his home studio since 1999. He has also engineered for underground rock and hip-hop acts. Basically, if it can be recorded he understands it and makes it sound its best. ● Mixing 2 passes $200 ($100 for each additional pass) ● Production: 3-song EP/ Demo $1000 (mixing included) ● Production: Full-Length Album (4-9 songs, $3000 Mixing included)
