The kitchen has white subway tile back splash with stainless steel appliances. The living room has a gorgeous cream couch, a custom made wooden log 🪵 coffe table, and great open space! The owner’s suite (master bedroom) is a cozy, elegant, and chic style decor with a king size bed, sofa chair on the side, and a beautiful floor size mirror. The master bath has his/her sinks that can be utilized for hair/makeup or even part of any photo shoot/commercial. This home also has a workout room, with fancy gold weights and an office room/guest room perfect for wardrobe or any other production needs. It also has a cozy loft with a one of kind cozy couch bed! The garage is also allowed to be used for spacing necessary.

We would love the home to be left in the same condition as found. All trash to be taken out. If there are any spills for them to be cleaned. Cleaning cupboard is at the bottom right side cabinet and paper towels are in the pantry. Keep food and drinks in the kitchen and dining area only, no food allowed on couches or beds. With the exception of a beverage or food commercial that needed a scene in a couch. Professional deep cleanings will be done in between each booking.
