This historic Mill building was converted into an Artist community in 2006. There is a yoga studio, photography studio and vintage clothes shop on the premises. The recording studio has been in existence since 2011, besides recording music, we are also on Airbnb and have had several music videos and student films shot here. We have had influencers and wedding parties for photo shoots and short videos. There are 3 separate spaces linked together by a back hallway. The artist lounge has a full kitchen and full bathroom as well as a baby grand piano. The live room/control room and vocal booth can be closed off for perfect sound control. The bedroom studio comes with it’s own Harry Potter themed lounge area and 1/2 bathroom.
