It is a popular choice for meetings and gatherings in the spacious living room that comfortably seats 20 people. The main wall in the living room also doubles as an excellent projector surface. This house was used as the gathering place for a monthly movie festival and a monthly wine tasting course. It has dishes available for 40 as well as a projector [for an additional fee] This is the perfect space to host a private backyard graduation or celebration with overflow into an enclosed front yard at night with lights and a fire pit. An ideal gathering at this property would be between 10 - 50 people and we cap any gathering at 60 people. This property has a downstairs half bathroom conveniently located just off the main living room area for guests. It also has 3 bedrooms upstairs which are available for rent through the usual hosting platforms either individually or as part of the entire home.
