The Dale Loft is a versatile and rustic, warehouse-style space available to hire in the heart of Chippendale. The interiors at The Dale Loft is specifically designed to enhance the rustic nature of the nearly 100 year old space. Leaning into the rich creative history of the building, and adding a vintage modern flare, the Dale Loft is a perfect space for your next meeting. If you’re looking for a unique space to run a workshop, or host a team off-site, we're perfect for you. We have 4 extra large tables available and can facilitate seating up to 38 (or more if presentation style seating). We also have 2 large whiteboards, a great short-throw projector and a flip chart available for you to use upon request. We are also conveniently located right above an amazing cafe, which can arrange door-delivery for you. The space is wheelchair accessible, with a ground-level entrance and elevator. all doors and hallways fit a moderate/average sized wheelchair. However, please note, while bathroom is accessible via a short ramp, there isn't any hand-rails or mobility aids available. The high ceilings, rustic floor boards, newly renovated kitchen and old-world charm add a talking point to any group event. We're located right behind Central One, in the creative hub of Chippendale.
