There are 2 acres of property with many opportunities for outdoor shots/use - cobblestone paths, orchards, lawn, Italian style grotto, olive trees, and views on all sides. Incredible light and views can be enjoyed throughout the day as you see tree filled hills on one side and views of the San Francisco Bay on the other. There are open areas along with little cobblestone paths that lead to unexpected spaces. In these you can find the original craftsmanship of the previous owner who was a carpenter, as seen in the long wooden table that sits in the outdoor grotto. The property has several houses on it, and in the main house you will have access to a large Kitchen, Family Room, Breakfast Room, and Powder Room that can be used as needed. Outdoor tables, dining chairs and lounge chairs are available for use.
