Hours: Monday and Saturday: 7 AM - 7 PM REFUNDS: No refunds if canceled less than 24hr before the booking or for no-shows. There are no refunds for unused time. If you wrap early, there are no refunds as we have blocked that time off, planned employee hours, and schedule cleaning, and cannot get those hours back which could have gone to another potential guest.
