Perfect for playgroups, smaller-sized classes, workshops, kids' camps (10 kids or less), or as a more intimate space for private client meetings. A child gate will be provided to block access to the changing room and storage area (if you are bringing toddlers to the studio). PLEASE NOTE - FROM MID-OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER - the space will include holiday styling throughout the main area. This is provided at no extra charge, but please note that during this time period, the studio may not work for those wanting a plain studio space for their event or meeting. The space includes a changing room, a mini fridge, a coffee & tea bar, and powder room access (in the basement of the main house - but very professional and easily accessible from the studio). Included with your fee is the use of seating options that include folding chairs, benches, two Nugget comfort couches (all seating options can be adjusted to accommodate your event), and a coffee & tea bar with a mini fridge (including water and snacks). Also included is access to a projector stand and folding tables (please let me know if you would like these for your event). This space is heated with a mini split, and the usual temp is set to 70 degrees - let the studio owner know what temp you would like for your event. You may also adjust the temperature when you arrive (the space is kept warmer - and heats up quickly). A space heater is also provided for extra comfort.
