WHO WE ARE: Oakland Don’t Play, clothing brand, has recently opened its storefront in Oakland down the street from Coliseum Bart. We’ve been in business for 3 years, our brick and mortar opened 1 year ago. We’re sharing our space with the community because we need safe places in the Oakland. Come spend a day in our backyard outdoor patio space - hidden in a residential neighborhood away from hectic city life. The lush greenery perfectly accents our bright and versatile space. Furniture is easily moved around. Host an outdoor meeting, day party, baby shower, or workout session! FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • No kitchen available • Only food preparation is allowed on site • Projector, Speakers, Microphones • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed • Space Rules: Confetti, glitter, or confetti-filled balloons are not allowed “Set-up” & “tear-down” time must be included in the time reserved for the booking • Ideal space for: Social Parties (Adult Birthdays, Graduations, Day Parties, etc.), Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.), Baby Showers, Pop Ups Space Includes (no extra charge) -8 round patio tables & 16 chairs -2 large umbrellas - Giant connect four -Well lit Potter Potty & sink (cleaned weekly) CLEANING - Place tables and chairs back in their original position - $50 cleaning fee is for trash removal and sanitation. Three bags of garbage are allotted each booking, anything extra trash will result in a 25$ fee per bag left behind.
