In just one year, we've become the leading production, rehearsal, and creative space for top-tier artists, choreographers, dancers, and media networks worldwide; including musical icons such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Camila Cabello. Event Building Lockdown Day Rate: $5000 For all private and corporate events, pop-up events, birthday parties, holiday parties, and fashion shows, for a 12 hour day rate. Additional $250 cleaning fee for events.
