West Loop sunlight-filled luxury boudoir loft studio

This luxurious studio has a warm feeing to it which is super important for boudoir. It's in an artist building in the West Loop. We designed it to feel like a posh boutique hotel room. It is a corner unit with 3 huge ten foot tall windows. The windows have wooden blinds on them and they all have sheers and grey velvet curtains for drama. Space features: A hand knotted Afgani hand-knotted wool rug. Huge ornate gold mirror. Queen size black velvet bed with ultra firm memory gel mattress. Huge photogenic black silk rose wall tapestry Huge ornate red tapestry over black velvet chaise lounger Rolling clothing rack with velvet hangers. Anthropology rattan Boho style room divider. Black cane chairs to match. Furs and feather boa included but please bring your own bed linens. Black velvet curtain wall for noir-boudoir style photos. Overall it is just 400sf but we've designed it is a way to maximize the looks you can get out of it. We are on the 3rd floor and there is a service elevator for handicap people. You may NOT move the furniture or use it for anything but boudoir. We damp mop our floors and wash surfaces in-between sessions so that your clients can go barefoot with clean soles on their feet. Please have everyone remove shoes outside our door using the bench.
