Welcome to our serene backyard pool oasis, perfect for Day Parties and intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests. Whether you’re hosting a Graduation, bridal shower, baby shower, or a special celebration, our heated pool provides the perfect setting for a memorable event. Please note that this is a residential location, and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, loudspeakers, DJs, or audio systems are not permitted. We invite you to relax, unwind, and enjoy a cozy, elegant poolside experience in a tranquil setting. Book your event today and make unforgettable memories in our private backyard retreat! The space also features indoor areas for lounging, restrooms, and setting up food. Other cool amenities are outdoor TV, surround sound, patio furniture and folding chairs and tables. Upper deck is not included Pool area comes with a sectional that seat 8, high-top that seats 6, and a wickers set that seats 3. In addition to that you can also rent folding chairs and table. Walk-through consultation fee $25 for 15 mins. Hourly rates cover the first 25 guest. Each guest after 25 will be charged $10 per a person upto 50 guest. Parties over 40 guest will require a $200 cash deposit. Upon checkout please review add-ons to add additional guest at $10 per person. Setup and Clean up time must be included in your book reservation time Please be informed that hosting ticketed events at our venue is strictly prohibited. To ensure compliance, we will monitor social media sites and Eventbrite for any marketing materials related to events at our location. If we discover any such materials, your reservation will be immediately canceled.
