Intimate Event Venue by the Beach

The space is a traditional Beach Bungalow designed to create an intimate event your guests will remember! This is a Do-It-Yourself event space. We provide an intimate space with tables, chairs, linens, and other décor for you to arrange to your imagination’s content. Enter through the enclosed porch, often used as a greeting area, into the main gathering space. We have 3 additional spaces: the bar, food room, and lounge to round out a comfortable set up. We have a total area of 1,500 square feet with capacity for 49 guests. A designated parking area is also available. Other amenities available upon request. 1,500 square foot venue just one block from the ocean.
