KEY POLICIES OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x hourly rate applies. Your booking time includes setup and cleanup - exit by your scheduled end time to avoid charges. ELEVATOR: Available 24/7 Wheelchair accessible (notify host in advance for assistance) SMOKING: Allowed but please be considerate of others with smoke sensitivities.
