Exposed brick loft studio with soaring 14ft ceilings available for photoshoots or fashion/wardrobe styling sessions. Perfect for shooting lookbooks, family portraits, and headshots. Windows facing west allow natural light and beautiful golden hour photo opportunities. Easy unloading and entrance for your crew and guests; the unit has ground-level door entrance to the street. Parking is available right out front. The space features a 9ft moveable wall with two color options, a small kitchen vanity with sink, curved clothing rack, 4ft matte black rolling table, and a fitting room. Space is near a Brown Line stop.

*Please note that the bottom half of the windows and door have a privacy vinyl with a graphic pattern. The patterns may be reflected into the space depending on the time of the day. We recommend bringing a scrim to diffuse the light. In addition, you are welcome to use white transparent paper and tape (provided at the studio) if you would like to cover up the windows.
