Located in the Silver Lake's up and coming Hoover Street. Rental is for the 700 square-foot west facing storefront, with lacquered concrete floors, 12’ high ceilings, & two identical bathrooms which can also serve as changing rooms. All furniture and salon equipment shown in pictures are included in the rental rate. There is an additional 3,000 square-foot private courtyard, which includes two 7 cubic feet freezers for storing or preparing any refreshments. Outside food and beverage or catering is also permitted. A loading dock area is available for event and production rentals with rollups and large double doors with direct access to the courtyard for an added fee. We have large windows facing the street that provide plenty of natural light in addition to all fixtures which are outfitted with Hue Color Bulbs to customize any experience. Internet/Wifi on-site download speed is 600/mps and covers the entirety of the property.
