The studio has ample light and can be 100% darkened during daylight. The garage door can open fully for more natural daylight. Recordings: Overall quiet environment and suitable for recording but 100% silence cannot be guaranteed - neighborhood gardeners and sporadic small planes are audible. Highly recommended for demos: the studio has all the audio equipment available to rent below for a separate fee, plus hourly audio engineer fees to record your piano tracks.
