Cypress Park Loft Spaces, Photo Studios and Event Space

An independently owned creative work space on the east side of Los Angeles, just north of Downtown. Our studios and lofts are open for daily, weekly and monthly production. Our outdoor property is available for private events and various activations. We have two lofts ( Loft East and Loft West ) that both offer an array of unique film and photo opportunities. Our private photo studios on the bottom floor (Studio East and Studio West) both come equipped with large roll up door/load in access directly accessible from the driveway. Studio West: - 1,500 squarefoot layout - 21'w X 17'h X 30'l cyc wall - Double chair makeup station - 22’w x 14'h Rollup doors - Private bathroom - 8' rolling work bench, steamer, clothing rack, stereo w/ aux cable and wifi Studio East: - 1,500sf layout - 14'w X 14'h X 14'l elbow corner cyc wall - Central air - Two chair private makeup station - (3) 9'h X 10'l doors to outside - (2) private bathrooms - 8' rolling work bench, steamer, clothing rack, stereo w/ aux cable and wifi. We have one-hunrdred feet of driveway and ample street parking. Please adhere to the NO PARKING signs on Wednesdays and Thursday 9AM-11AM
