Guest access Our guests will have full access to the driveway, house, front porch/yard and backyard garden terrace. The property includes 2 adjacent cottages (Pink Palm Cottage & Studio). Please note, studio and. cottage are NOT included with rental but can be added for longer stays. Security Private gated property with a 4 pin access code which will be provided to guests in advance. Bike rentals Townie bikes and locks are available for guests. They must be put back in the bike shed after use. Guests are responsible for any damage or lost bikes. Additional rules and notes: Downstairs bathroom of main house can be used for this booking which includes supplies, hand towel and soap. If additional bathrooms are used the owner has the right to charge additional cleaning fees. This is a production booking and not an overnight stay there should be no one using the downstairs or upstairs showers. If a bath towel is used it must be put in the quick wash and dryer before the end of the booking. And outdoor shower is available if one is required for the pool photoshoots. Kitchen fridge can be used as well as the drinking glasses and dishes. Dishes or coffee maker MUST be cleaned and put back at the end of each booking to avoid additional cleaning fees. Garbage must be taken out behind the guest cottage in back alley and put in black garbage bin. This booking does not allow cooking in the kitchen, please bring outside food and drinks. Additional cleaning fees will be charged at the owners discretion. This booking is not for an overnight stay or to use the beds and linens. If you plan on using the bath or pool towels, or any of the beds or bedroom linens, and additional cleaning fee is required. Please contact the host to make arrangements. Renter is responsible for any damage to the furniture finishes from not using coasters or putting drinks, curling irons etc on the delicate furniture, Renter is responsible for any damage, scratches, chips to the furniture or outdoor planters. If the heavy furniture or planters, umbrellas or deck chairs are not put back in place we have the future to charge you an additional moving or repair/replacement fee. Doors must not be left open during this booking as this results in potential humidity or mold issues. Please be mindful. Guests must NOT stand on furniture.
