Welcome to our large, bright studio space perfect for photographers, videographers, content creators, and other creative professionals. We are conveniently located at Winsmith Mill Market in building 26 on the 3rd floor with a commercial-size elevator. The studio is divided into 4 zones: * Dressing room area with a wardrobe rack and a large floor mirror * Office area with a desk, chair, and 1 bookshelf * Cozy sitting area for clients with a large leatherette couch and coffee table * Large shooting area with tall ceilings and a 3 seamless backdrop system Included in your rent are: *Savage Seamless backgrounds: white, black, grey, cream (not all colors might be available, please ask if you need a specific one) *2 softboxes with continuous Westcott lights *Light stands (please ask if you will be using any) List of equipment available for rent: *Multiple Godox/Flashpoint strobe lights *Multiple light modifiers: umbrellas, strip boxes, softboxes List of extra furniture/props available for use: *Custom-made flower screen/room divider *Black velvet bench *Tall green glass vase *Wood stools, small kids chairs, apple box Recently added - white swing chair (can be used for kids or adults) Offer your clients a cup of tea, we have a cart with a tea kettle, cups, and an assortment of teas. You will also have access to our WiFi. The restrooms are located at the end of the hallway a few steps from our space.
