Winter Designs, salvaged treasures from across the United States create added warmth and intimacy to the 1890’s fireplace facing an arched ceiling covered in New York City subway tile, complementing the massive 1920’s wooden apothecary cabinet shipped from the East Coast that is now the custom retrofitted back bar. Reserve the outdoor courtyard space alone for a smaller gatherings, cocktail hours and intimate dinners (up to 65 guests) or buy out the full space for events up to 150 guests. Our outdoor courtyard space is an intimate garden oasis - from our indoor prohibition-style bar space - and is available for partial buyouts of up to 65 guests. This is often the option people choose for large dinner parties, or smaller cocktail receptions, happy hours, etc. Any parties above 65 require a full buyout of the space where you will be able to enjoy our full-size cocktail bar indoors, DJ booth, and dance floor - to dance the night away. Our venue offers full cocktail / bar options, catering, staffing (servers, bartenders, kitchen), DJ, security, and both full and partial buyouts of the space. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
