This building was built in 1925 and renovated into 18 individual office suites with high ceilings and hardwood floors. Each floor has a kitchenette and multiple bathrooms. The building is centrally located, easy to reach by bike, car, or public transit, and offers easy parking and walkable access to cafes and restaurants. * Please note, we are located on the 2nd floor. Our studio and the rooftop deck are not wheelchair accessible. The space is a working photography studio, however, on request, we can remove most of the photography-related items from the space before your rental.
