The third floor of our recently renovated building now features a spacious area furnished with brand-new outdoor furniture. The two balconies are included in the space available for your event. The space is suitable for hosting gatherings of twenty people seated or up to thirty people standing, both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, the space is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and countertop with immediate access to a restroom and elevator. We do have Nonprofit rates available.
