Modern, Light Filled Brooklyn Townhouse with Patio and Awesome Kitchen

Greetings! Welcome to our multi-purpose home just steps from the Gowanus Canal in the prime Carroll Gardens neighborhood. Our space is recently renovated and very spacious. It's the perfect spot for a photoshoot or an intimate dinner party. We have hosted a number of film crews from in the past as well as other photographers via Airbnb. The townhouse is three levels with a lovely backyard and the rooftop is available upon request. The kitchen is open and bright with large windows overlooking the backyard. You enter the home at street level and walk up the stairs to access the kitchen, dining room, half bath and living room. The main floor is included in the rental rate. Bedrooms and backyard may be made available upon request and with approval.
