Come get your cool, retro vibes here in a 1960's Mid-Century Modern home. The neighborhood where the Rat Pack partied and the movie Casino was filmed. Open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen with bar stools. One bedroom available so you can have a quiet place to meet, rest or use as a changing room. Two full bathrooms for your use. A multitude of mid-century modern type furniture, collectibles and artwork through out the house. Ages 12+ or a $250 violation fee will be imposed. Outdoors there’s a covered patio area, with multi-colored LED lighting, which has comfortable furniture and the possibility of a big screen TV*, along with plenty of additional seating around the 9-foot deep heated/cooled (seasonally) swimming pool.
